William "Bill" King is co-owner of El Rey Enterprises. Bill is a retired Air Force Captain with extensive training and experience in software development. Bill software experience includes software requirements analysis, analysis and feedback of software design/analysis documents, test plan creation and execution, and test tool development. Bill also developed & implemented CM processes and procedures for Air Force (AF) and e-commerce applications. Bill's documentation background includes software user and maintenance manuals, test plans, software test and evaluation reports, technical briefings, configuration management and PC security policies and procedures.
Bill also has experience in personnel and project management to include setting timelines and priorities for software development and test efforts. Bill developed program management system to schedule programmer workload and monitor milestone activity. He also established standards for software development and wrote performance reports.
Bill's experience extends to instruction and training. He has over five years experience as an AF Technical Instructor. He also provided user training on office software as part of his normal duties as an Information Services & LAN administrator.
Throughout her career, Jerima King has coded, tested and implemented applications using a wide variety of software languages and applications including: ORACLE, SQL, Q&A, FOCUS, FORTRAN, COBOL, TSO, MVS JCL, ISPF, SODA, Access, and OS/COMET.
Jerima has extensive experience in testing, including performing system, integration, maintenance and regression software testing, and reviewing and updating test plans and test cases.
Jerima has provide user training to a wide variety of groups ranging for key entry operators, to users of newly developed software interfaces, and fellow software developers. Jerima has also provided training to novice PC users.
Jerima has held a lead position in the supervision of document preparation, including the analysis and documentation of user requirements, preparing preliminary and detailed design, and establishing configuration management procedures.
Jerima is fluent in Spanish, and can serve both as interpreter and translator between English and Spanish in court/legal, medical and educational areas. With her software background, Jerima is also fully qualified to serve as software consultant for software development of Spanish interfaces of PC applications.
